Refund policy

• We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective due to our own error.
• Defects or damage must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery.
• If we request the item to be returned, it must be shipped to our provided return address for examination.
• Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be our responsibility:
  • We will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
  • The cost of return shipping will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months and non-refundable.
• All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Supa Store London Limited. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item shows signs of use or intentional damage.
